Living in a new country can be a challenging and rewarding experience. Before applying for a homestay, please read the information carefully to be sure that what we offer will suit you.
1. Read about our stay options
When? Right now.
Details: Read all of the information in this web site to be sure our program is right for you. You are responsible for understanding all the details of the site, including the stay agreement. Then, decide whether you want the Homestay or the Budget stay.

2. Apply for a homestay
When? At least one month before you plan to arrive
Details: Fill out the Application carefully and completely. The more information you give us, the better placement we can make for you. Read carefully and send. You will receive confirmation that we have received your application within ten working days. Applications will not be processed until fees are received. Late applications are considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Learn about your homestay hosts
When? Two to three weeks before your arrival
Details: We will send you a biography that describes your homestay hosts. You are welcome to contact your hosts directly by email or phone prior to your arrival.You will have the first chance to meet your hosts at the airport when you arrive.
4. Contact
When? At least three working days before your arrival
Details: Contact us to inform us of your arrival information so that we can make arrangments for your pick up. It is important that you confirm this information as soon as possible. If there are any changes in your flight, or if you miss your flight, please call the contact person to notify him or her. Check Arrival for details on airport pickup.
Note: Airport pickup is not guaranteed if you inform your contact late of your arrival.
5. Move into your homestay
When? Upon your arrival or on the date you requested
Details: When you move into your homestay, it is your responsibility to contact your contact person if you have any questions, concerns, or problems.
Important: If you request to move because you are not comfortable with your host, we will place you with a different host at no extra charge during the first Two months of your homestay.If you decide to cancel your homestay and move to another place in the first 30 days, please read our cancellation policy.
