Placement Fee

These services include the following:

Careful screening of hosts.
Appropriate homestay placement matching the homestay guest's individual needs as much as possible.
Homestay orientation.
Airport pickup.
Assistance for the homestay guest and host in the case of questions.
Home stay information will be forwarded as soon as the placement is found.

The placement fee is non refundable and the deposit are due with the application. No application will be processed without payment.

The 150 Ghana cedis deposit is due with the application fee.

Homestay guests should be prepared to pay their first month's rent when they arrive. Payment will be made to your contact person.
Rent for each month will be due on the date that the homestay guest arrived.
